This panel (hand painted by Liz McNeill) has made with button clasps at the knee and ankle. My intention was to create a little bit of movement in between the closures when the model walks.

Designer Statement
THE CONSERVATORY -
This was my first ever show designing for FPA. Before deciding to commit to a collection, I had no idea how to sew or what fashion design even was. With that being said, I spent the next couple months learning everything I could about how to design and sew clothes.
The theme of this show was rooms of a house. I decided to design a room based off a conservatory. I wanted to include some silhouettes that you could find in a conservatory.
